Williamsport — Across the United States, around 100,000 people today are predicted to take part in the country’s most significant senior health and wellness occasion: National Senior Wellness & Health and fitness Day on May 26.
In Northcental Pennsylvania, the Williamsport Department of the YMCA is inviting any one age 60 and older to take part.

This year marks the 29th annual Countrywide Senior Wellness & Physical fitness Day and the 15th calendar year that UPMC for Lifestyle, UPMC’s Medicare Gain approach, is its point out sponsor.

In addition to the celebration at the Williamsport YMCA, UPMC is hosting situations in Pittsburgh at the Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium, Erie Zoo, and Lakemont Park in Altoona.
